The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to relax.
I encountered issues with the room key, as it stopped working multiple times, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the bathroom had a strong sewer smell that lingered during my entire stay, making it uncomfortable. Communication with the staff at the concierge desk was very poor, which left me feeling unassisted when I needed help.

Really enjoyed my stay! The huge bathroom in my Deluxe Double Room with Bath was a highlight. It was super close to the station. Got a free breakfast too! Only downside was the room key acting up a bit.

the concierge couldn’t communnicat at all in english, which is just unthinkable for a hotel. also, my first room had a faulty toilet seat, and shockingly, so did the second one. after a terrible experience, i certainly expected a complimentary gift but alas, i left instead. what a waste of time.

The room was so comfy with air conditioning and a balcony. Loved the flat-screen TV and the kitchenette with a fridge to keep drinks cold. The private bathroom came stocked with toiletries and a hairdryer. Just steps from the subway and cozy cafes make it perfect for laying back after exploring the city.

The hotel offers a modern vibe and is very clean, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. I particularly loved how bright and spacious my Deluxe Double Room with Bath was, making it feel like a little sanctuary during my stay. The proximity to a multitude of seafood restaurants was a delightful bonus, offering great dining options within walking distance.
However, I found that the concierge communication could be clearer to enhance guests' experiences.
